★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D-Smart iptal talebimi yazılı olarak bu bayiye bıraktığım halde D-smarta iletmemişler. Kesinlikle müşteri odaklı değiller. Verdikleri sözü yapmayı bıraktım görevlerini dahi yerine getiremiyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
D-Smart did not forward my cancellation request to D-smarta even though I left my cancellation request in writing to this dealer. They are definitely not customer oriented. I stopped making their promises and they cannot even fulfill their duties. I definitely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D-Smart internet ve TV cihazlarını teslim etmek için gittim ama türlü bahanelerle cihazı almak istemediler. Bayilerin bu cihazları almak için yükümlülükleri var. Zarara uğradığımda kendileri sorumlu olmayacak mı acaba? Umarım hatalarını düzeltirler.
