Kış ayları soğuk geçtiği için genellikle çoğu yaşlı kesim kışı şehirlerdeki çocuklarının yanında geçirip yazın temiz havasından sakin ortamından faydalanmak için burada kalmayı tercih ediyor. Çarşı içindeki yediler türbesi hoş İslamlar türbesi ve asker balıkları gibi gezilecek yerleri var. Atkaracalar ilçesi Ilgaz kayak merkezi ne elli kilometre uzaklıkta yol üzerinde bir yer dir uğramanızı tavsiye ederim.
Atkaracalar district is small in its own right, mostly the population is interested in agriculture and animal husbandry. It is a district that has migrated a lot because job opportunities are limited. Since the winter months are cold, most elderly people generally prefer to stay here to spend the winter with their children in the cities and benefit from the fresh air and calm environment of the summer.
