Talk to the customer is zero. It's like he's renting it for the sake of his father. Even if you don't know, it's your duty. Definitely don't rent a car from such bully people. There are much better places in Nigde.

1. Aldığı fiyatlar için araçları kötü.
2. Aracı aldığınızda hiçbirşey belgelenmiyor. Aracın hasarlarını (çizgiler vs.) not almıyor. Size "resim çekebilirsin" deniyor. Yani bir çiziği resmini çekmeseniz veya çektiğiniz resmi kaybetseniz size iftira atılabilir.
3. Kilometre sınırı bahsedilmiyor, açıkça belirtilmiyor ve yazılmıyor.
4. Yarım saatlik bir geçikme gibi şeylere anlayışlı davranılmıyor. (anlayışlı davranmak zorunda değil fakat insanlık gösterilebilir)
5. Pazar günü çalışmadığı için sadece Pazartesi teslim edebilirsin dedi. Ekstra bir gün almamı istedi.
6. İletişimi profesyönel değil. Tanıdığı birisi değilseniz sizi umursamıyor bile.

Not professional at all. I explain in detail below.
1. His tools are bad for the prices he gets.
2. Nothing is documented when you receive the vehicle. He does not take note of the damages (lines etc.) of the vehicle. It's called "you can take a picture". So if you do not take a picture of a scratch or lose the picture you took, you may be slandered.
3. The mileage limit is not mentioned, clearly stated and written.
4. Something like a half hour delay is not treated with understanding. (does not have to be understanding, but humanity can be shown)
5. He said that you can only deliver on Monday because it doesn't work on Sunday. He asked me to get an extra day.
6. Communication is not professional. If you're not someone he knows, he doesn't even care about you.
PS: The positive comments I wrote did not feel realistic at all. Like people he knows wrote positive comments
