They said the whole house will be cleaned from a to z, but I think the ladies who came to the cleaning do not know the alphabet, they left the cleaning in a, the whole house construction cleaning was finished at 3, the places were dirty, I think the doors were forgotten, the walls were not touched and we reported our complaint, but no return was made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam anlamıyla fiyasko.. 1 yildizi bile hak etmiyor ama baska secenek yok.Öncelikle temizlik anlayışı yok sadece olaya para olarak bakıyorlar. Parasini veriyorsun ama ne yapılsa o bize dahil deil o yapılmıyor yok yapılsa ekstraya girer bilmem ne.. Tam anlamıyla rezillik. Giden paranıza yazık ilk ve son denemeydi. Profesyonellik vb hak getire..Hizmet karşılığı para veriyorsunuz maalesef hizmet 0 hak etmiyorlar.4+1 eve genel temizlik için gelinmesine rağmen duvar yok, dolap icleri vb olmamasina rağmen berbat bi temizlikti. Tanıdığım herkese maalesef bu kötü deneyimden bahsetmek zorunda kaldım. Ve buraya da kimsenin hakki yenilmesin diye yazıyorum. Keske aldığınız parayı hak etseydiniz.
Literally a fiasco.. It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but there is no other option. First of all, they don't have a sense of cleanliness, they just look at it as money. You pay for it, but whatever is done, it is not included in us, it is not done, if it is done, it will be extra. It's a pity for your money, it was the first and last try. Professionalism etc. You pay for the service. Unfortunately, they don't deserve 0 service. Even though they came to the 4+1 house for general cleaning, it was a terrible cleaning even though there was no wall, cabinet interiors etc. Unfortunately I had to tell everyone I know about this bad experience. And here I am writing so that no one's rights will be defeated. I wish you deserved the money you got.
