★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay with affordable price in Kas.
Good location, only few minutes from the centre.
Owner is friendly. As I had lots of luggage with me, he sent me to the otogar with his bike when I checked out.
Nice Terrace with good view of city.
The only shortcoming was the room was a bit congested when there's full house (4ppl in the room). Bed sheets were not very clean, dust found at the corner of the upper beds. No hanger in the bathroom for hanging the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are great! A great sense of humour. Very helpful and very nice. The terrace is magnificent. A very very good breakfast. And nothing is missing including beach towels and snorkeling gear. There's some improvement to be done with the beds!

The place is well located, within walking distance from all the main points of interests: otogar, city center, restaurants, marina, amphitheatre, dolmus stops for beaches... The rooftop of the pension is really nice. We had a comfortable room with a balcony, A/C and a private bathroom. Bonus : the owner is lovely and helpful. Great value for money. I definitely recommend this place if you're not looking for fancy but practical, clean and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of this pension is perfect - 50 m to the ancient amphitheatre, 5 min to supermarket, 7 min to the center.
From the top-roof terrace - nice view on the islands, very comfortable dastarhan ( sitting place) on terrace.
Small, even tiny room, narrow stairs, nothing in the bathroom ( only toilet paper), breakfast very ordinary ( dont believe in all this tails about 50 dishes on breakfast!!!!), No soundproofing. Live in such minuscule room will be hard.
Dont accept cards(
The owner helpd us with transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and economic family pension very close to Kas central area. Rooms are small and simple but happen to have all needs. Breakfast is enjoyable with a lot of options. And yeah it is a clean place. 4 stars because some equipment are old and hard to use but overall I am pleased.

Staff is very nice and welcoming, breakfast is delicious, room is cozy and clean, view from the terrace is awe-inspiring...and we also had a balcony in our room with a picturesque view on sea, streets. And also it was quite there which is very important. If I return to Kas one day I would be happy to stay at your pension again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply wonderful! The location is very central, especially if you plan on taking the bus to the beaches or are arriving by bus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Best part has to be the BREAKFAST!!! A buffet breakfast with fresh veg, cheese, and fruit. You have your choice of tea, coffee, juice, or all three. The rooftop terrace is open 24hrs with a stunning view. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable with great Aircon. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you are on a budget.
