Fitness hocası Semra hanıma çok teşekkür ederim çok güzel fitness crossfit çalışıyoruz 2 hafta olacak ve öğrettiği teknikleri evde de yapıyorum lipödem hastası biri olarak yağ yakmak çok zordur ama kollarım toplamaya başladı bu imkanı sağlayan başkanımıza ve ekmeğinden dolayı Semra hocama çok teşekkür ederim ❤️???
