Bu bölgede yerleşim alanlarının fazla olması sebebiyle kar yağışı halinde dahi yollar açılarak ulaşım diri tutuluyor. Şehir merkezinden bir araç kiralayarak ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz çünkü şehir içi dolmuşlarının rotasında yer almayan bir bölge. Hava durumuna göre mutlaka yanınıza rüzgardan koruyucu ekipmanlar almanız öneriliyor.
 A place where you can see the whole city from a bird's eye view. It is known as "The Greatest Atatürk Statue". Due to the large number of residential areas in this region, transportation is kept alive by opening roads even in case of snowfall. You can reach the city center by renting a car, because it is an area that is not included in the route of city minibuses. It is recommended that you take wind protective equipment with you, depending on the weather conditions.

Şehir merkezinde yerleşimden dolayı bazı yerlerden görülen ama diğer taraflardan rahatlıkla farkedilen heykel görkemli yapısı ve yanında bulunan bayrakla güzel bir uyum içinde yer alıyor. Şehrin yamaç üzerine kurulu olması nedeniyle acami şoförlerin zotlanacağı bir yola sahip, buraya giderken bunu göz önünde bulundurun. Birde aracınız fren ve bakımlarını iyi olmasına önem gösterin. Valilik veya belediye buraya bir teleferik sistemi kurarak ziyaretçilere diğer şehirlerde olduğu gibi bir kolaylık güzel bir hizmet sunabilir.
The statue, which is the largest Atatürk statue in Turkey, located in Artvin province, is located on the upper side of the city.
