Atasun Optik

This time, I was not satisfied with Atasun (Iyas Park Isparta) company, which I have been shopping for years, I buy 4 boxes of lenses every year, I went to buy my lenses in the same way this year, I will buy lenses with 3 and 3.5, 2 boxes each, they said that there are 3 boxes and they will be ordered because there is no 3.5. I said okay. Then when the time comes, I will buy 4 boxes together, it was said ok. When I received the message that the lenses had arrived, I went to the branch again and this time I was told that the previous 3 numbers did not have 1 box, what kind of sales concept, I paid the price, that box should be separated, but it was sold, which is not an ethical situation, I was told that it would be ordered again when I reacted a little. They said it will be shipped to me. More than 1 week has passed and there is still no cargo. I was not satisfied with Atasun in this purchase.
