İçeriye sırayla alan kadın personeliniz elimizde reçeteleri gösterip (eşim ve kızım) çerçevelere bakarken eğer almayacaksınız sırada bekleyen var dedi. Bizde tamam deyip başka yerden aldık.lütfen şikayetleri dikkate alın. Tek birşey diyorum.Edep yahu!!!

Müşterileri sıkıştırıp acele ettiriyor ve hatta "almayacaksanız siz çıkın" gibi bir kuruma hiç yakışmayacak şekilde bir tavır takınıp müşteriyi çıkarıyorlar. Tabi ki sırada bekleyenler varken keyfi davranmak hoş değil, ancak gerçekten gözlük alacak birinden de 5 dakika içinde gözlük almasını bekleyemezsiniz. İnsanlar bu gözlüğü yeri geliyor yıllarca kullanıyor. Ben yakıştıramadım. Umarım yorumları dikkate alırlar ve buna bir çözüm bulurlar. Ayrıca gözlük seçenekleri de çok kısıtlı şahsen. Daha fazla çeşit görmek güzel olurdu.
Limited people are taken in due to the pandemic, but they are not able to handle the pressure of those waiting in line professionally and behave in an amateurish way. They squeeze and rush the customers and even take an attitude that does not suit an institution like "if you do not buy it, exit it" and remove the customer. Of course, it is not nice to behave with people waiting in line, but you cannot really expect someone who will buy glasses to buy glasses within 5 minutes. People have been using these glasses for years. I could not match. I hope they take into account the comments and find a solution to this. In addition, the glasses options are very limited personally. It would be nice to see more variety.
