Bu modelle değişimini sağlarız dediler beğenmediğim gözlüğü aldım ve beğendiğim modelden on günde iki tane gözlük getirdiler gelen iki gözlükte başka mağazalardan geldi ve gözlüklerin üzerinde çizik vardı tozluydular tahminimce onlarda teşhir ürünüydüler. Hatta son gelen gözlük kullanılmış ki sapları bile arızalıydı. Bunu mağazadaki personel bile söyledi. Aldığım gözlüğü de iade ettim iadenin anında gerçekleştirilebileceğini hiçbir problem yaşamayacağımızı söyleyen (üçüncü kez gittiğimde) mağaza müdürüydü. Ancak personel anında iade yapılamayacağını söyledi müdürümüz bile yapamaz dedi ve ertesi gün aranarak iade işlemi gerçekleştirdiler. Biz iade işlemini başlattık bir sorun olursa bundan sonra merkezimizle iletişime geçeceksiniz dediler. Ne alakası var hayırdır bunun takipçisi siz olacaksınız beni ne ilgilendirir merkeziniz dediğimde, yapacak bir şey yok, siz bilirsiniz dediler. Gözlük satarken bir sürü vaatte bulunan firma, düzgün hizmet veremedikleri için gözlüğü iade ederken aynı tutumda değildi. Telefonla arayan personel kaba ve nezaketsizdi. Alışveriş yapmayın pişman olursunuz. 50 lira fazla verip başka firmadan alışveriş yapın. Boş yere on günümü çaldılar. Ürün değişimi onaylanmasına rağmen ellerimde o model olmadığı iddiası ile aynı marka farklı model gözlüğe 600 TL fark istediler. Kesinlikle Atasun Optik ten yerli olmayan ürünleri tercih etmeyin. Yerine ürün değişimini asla yapamıyorlar. Arızalı ürünü geri istedim. Kurumlarına yakismayacak şekilde kolay bir şekilde catlak gözlüğü iade işlemlerini başlattılar. Bir de teşhir ürününü raftan alıp kontrol etmeden direkt verdiler. O an bir şey göremediğim için ve vaktim olmadığı için birkaç çiziği de malesef geç fark ettim. Değişim konusunda sıkıntı olmazsa yorumumu sileceğim fakat aksi durumda tüketici hakları mahkemesine başvuravağım. Olay 10.07.2021 tarihinde yaşanmıştır.
