In short: I wonder if a store manager, who does not value the time and energy of the other person, could do the same to an official or another adult instead of a university student. edit: I contacted them. They said no directly. They sold me glasses that were tried maybe 100000 times by someone from the shelf, I trusted them because they were corporate, saying they would take care of a problem. My 500 TL was spent, please don't let it go. Be careful. 1-I bought glasses. When I went to change them in less than a week, they didn't accept it as scratched at first, then they said you take the glasses and we will give you positive/negative feedback. They call me the next day and inform me that you can change them. I came from a 45-minute journey with so many lessons and projects (3 I went back and forth once and unfortunately it took a lot of time, I wish I had bought it from the tradesmen instead of the corporate, I would have experienced the same indifference, this store does not have anything in the name of corporateness) then unfortunately we will not change it, they said there are too many scratches, whereas I only used the glasses 2 times and they were also aware of the condition of the glasses. 2- (The Incident of Lies) They gave the glasses from the shelf and then an employee said that we give the glasses to you from the warehouse, there is no question of giving them from the shelf, but the next day, the store manager said no, we give the glasses from the shelf first. I wonder whose word we will trust?
