Derdimizi anlattık ve yedek parçalarının olmadığını ifade ettiler. Fakat bizimle ilgilenen Tolga bey o kadar iyi niyetli davrandı ki bazı prosedürler devreye sokarak 150 TL karşılığında gözlüğü yenisi ile değiştirdi. Atasun Optikten bu denli mükemmel müşteri memnuniyeti hareketi beklemezdim. Aldıkları parayı sonuna kadar hak ediyorlar. Teşekkürler Tolga bey, teşekkürler Atasun Optik. I broke the handle of the sunglasses I bought for my wife and went to the Atasun store in Laura Mall to see what we can do. We explained our problem and they said they don't have spare parts. But Mr. Tolga, who took care of us, acted so well that he put some procedures into action and replaced the glasses with a new one for 150 TL. I did not expect such an excellent customer satisfaction movement from Atasun Optik. They deserve all the money they get. Thank you Mr. Tolga, thank you Atasun Optik.
