★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailece gittik ve sırf almanca konuşuyorduk diye satıcı bize yapışıp sadece gereksiz ve pahalı ürünleri önerdi, çok saçma, ürünü alacaktim ama bu tür davranıştan dolayı vazgeçtim, kısacası hiç önermiyorum, atasunun başka mağazalarindan alın, primemalldakiler çok saygısız.
Because we went with the family and just spoke German, the seller adhered to us and recommended only unnecessary and expensive products, it was ridiculous, I would buy the product, but I gave up on this kind of behavior, in short, I do not recommend it, take it from other stores of the ancestor, the primemall is very disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdan ikinci kez alışveriş yapıyorum, ilkinde de sipariş hazır olduğunda arayan soran yoktu bunda da. 10gün önce ücretini ödeyip sipariş vermemize rağmen halen arayan soran yok. Telefona da bakmıyorlar. Mecburen bizzat gitmemiz gerekiyor. Sanırım bu son alışveriş olacak.
I'm shopping for a second time here, and the first one was asking when the order was ready. Although we paid the order 10 days ago and still do not ask the caller. They're not looking at the phone. We have to go in person. I think this will be the last shopping.

Farklı günlerde 5 veya 6 defa gitmeme ve 3 defa da telefonla sormama rağmen bir türlü gözlüğü teslim etmediler. Her defasında şu gün gelin alın dediler. Dedikleri zamanda gittiğimde ise gözlüğün henüz hazır olmadığını söylediler. Hep bir bahane sundular. Normal bir kişi söz vermesine rağmen henüz gözlük hazır değilse arayıp gözlüğünüz hazır değil. Lütfen bugün gelmeyin der. Kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir yer.
