★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aşılar daha önceden giriş katında yapılıyordu şimdi 4 ncü kata taşınmış. Kalabalık insan topluluğu kat içerisinde oksijensiz hava koşullarında risk yaratıyor. Çünkü kat genelinde havalandırmalar ( Klima Santralleri ) çalıştırılmıyor. Havalandırma menfezlerini kontrol ettim hava akışı yok. Lütfen ya havalandırma tarafının çalıştırılmasını sağlayın yada giriş katında uygun bir yerde aşılama yapınız. Aşılama için çalışan personel görevini iyi yapıyordu. Teşekkürler.
 Vaccines were previously made on the ground floor, now it has been moved to the 4th floor. The crowded human community creates a risk in the oxygen-free air conditions inside the floor. Because the ventilations (Air Handling Units) throughout the floor are not operated. I checked the vents, there is no air flow. Please either ensure that the ventilation side is operated or inoculate in a suitable place on the ground floor. The staff working for the vaccination was doing their job well. Thanks.

Kızımın muayenesi 5 dk kadar sürdü.kısa sürmesi ile ilgili şikayetim hasta haklarına ilettiğimde siz soru sormazsanız muayene kısa sürer dedi. Pardon da Dr soracak, uyaracak, bunu yeme şunu içme VS tarzında.açıkçası hem vaktinizi hem de sigorta limitlerinizi boşa harcamayın.
My family doctor in the neighborhood is more friendly and smiling. My daughter's examination took about 5 minutes. When I conveyed my complaint about it to the patient's rights, they said that the examination will be short if you do not ask questions. Excuse me, Dr. will ask and warn, don't eat this, drink this, etc. Frankly, don't waste both your time and your insurance limits.

Hastanenin allıanz sigorta anlaşmasına güvenerek ki daha önce çok kez bu hastaneye gitmeme rağmen ilk defa vana çok fahiş bir tutar çıkardılar . Sebep ise doktorun allianz sigorta ile anlaşması yokmuş böyle bir saçmalık olabilir mi ? Muayene önce sekretere özel sağlığın allıanz olduğunu söylediğim de bana anlaşma yok denilmedi ! Hastanenin anlaşması olurken doktorun nasıl olmaz hadi böyle bir saçmalık var diyelim ben sormama rağmen beni uyarmadılar tam bir keklik avı ! Benim için artık bu hastane bitti asla yakınlarıma tavsiye etmem ticarethane resmen adam kandırıyorlar ! Rezalet
I was examined by Prof.Şelçuk AYAS on 09.04.2022. Relying on the hospital's allanz insurance agreement, which is the first time I've been to this hospital many times before, they charged an exorbitant amount for the valve. The reason is that the doctor did not have an agreement with allianz insurance, could it be such a nonsense? Before the examination, when I told the secretary that we had private health, I was not told there was no agreement! Let's say there is such a bullshit when the hospital has an agreement with your doctor, they didn't warn me even though I asked, it's a complete partridge hunt! For me, this hospital is over, I will never recommend it to my relatives, the business is officially deceiving people! Disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor dahi kimse yoktu. Resepsiyon doktor hemşire, hastaneden sorumlu kimse yoktu. Aşı randevumuz olmasına rağmen ve zamanından 10 dakika önce gelmemize rağmen kalabalık yığıldı. 1 saat sonra doktor ve resepsiyon geldi ama herkese kafalarına göre aşıyı vurdular randevu saatine göre değil. Hepimizin hakkı yenildi ve çoğu kişi aşı olamadan gergin bir şekilde hastaneden ayrıldı. Sakın bu hastaneye adımınızı atmayın ciddiye alınmıyorsunuz.
There was no one, not even a doctor. There was no doctor at the reception, no nurse, no one in charge of the hospital. Even though we had a vaccination appointment and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, the crowd gathered. An hour later, the doctor and reception came, but they shot everyone according to their heads, not according to the appointment time. All of us were defeated and many people left the hospital nervously without being vaccinated. Do not step foot in this hospital, you are not taken seriously.

15 Ocak'ta testi yaptırdığım gün, hem laboratuar yetkilisinden hem de danışmadaki yetkiliden test raporunun mail adresime gönderilmesini rica ettim. Gönderilmeyince tekrar hatırlattım. Rapor ulaşmayınca en sonunda bugün tekrar çağrı merkezilerini aradım. İlk aramamda müşteri yetkilisi "kendi derdimi anlatmam" için laboratuara aktardı. Beklerken telefon suratıma kapandı. İkinci kez aradım, yine aktarıldım, bu sefer telefonu açıp 2 sn bekledikten sonra telefonu suratıma kapattılar.
Bu kadar basit bir işlemi bile organize edemeyen, hastasının suratına telefonu kapatan çalışanları olan bir hastaneye ben nasıl güveneyim de gitmeye devam edeyim?
Hospital unable to send a simple blood test lab report to e-mail address...
On the day I had the test on January 15th, I asked both the laboratory officer and the representative at the consultation to send the test report to my e-mail address. I reminded it again when it was not sent. When the report did not arrive, I finally called the call centers again today. In my first call, the customer representative transferred him to the laboratory to "tell me about my own problem". While I was waiting, the phone hung up in my face. I called for the second time, I was transferred again, this time they hung up the phone in my face after waiting for 2 seconds.
How can I trust a hospital with employees who can't even organize such a simple operation and who hang up the phone in the face of their patients and keep going?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my check-up appointment and went there for the first time. There were too many people who have been given appointment for the same day for a check-up procedure and it was hectic. Staff were friendly especially Burcu Hanim who was main person routing us from one to another procedure. Doctor who had seen me was surly. She has given no suggestion when reading my test results.
Over all it was okay.
