Daireler 200m2 net, 3wc ve her oda oldukca genis. Balkonlar genis, planlama cok iyi ancak ısıtma ve kanalizasyon problemi var. Otopark kapali/acik daire basi iki arac kullanim hakki ve misafir icin gayet yeterli. Planlama ve genislik cok iyi, insaat kalitesi düşük, ulasim sorunlu, sosyal tesis acisindan vasat ancak gelecek vaad ediyor.
