Atasaydan ilk alışverişim son alışverişim oldu. 14 gün kullandığımız ürünü kullanıcı hatası diye dönüş yaparak tekrar üstüne ücret isteyip yenileme talebinde bulunuyorlar. Ama kurumsal bir firma olarak ürünü tamir etme çabasına bile girmediler. Üstüne ürüne zarar vermiş olabilirsiniz diye suçlayıcı tavırları vardı. Sadece isim yapmış boş bir marka.
Problem solving and communication sucks. My first purchase from Atasay was my last purchase. They return the product we use for 14 days as a user error, again asking for a fee and requesting a renewal. But as a corporate company, they did not even try to repair the product. On top of that, they had an accusatory attitude in case you damaged the product. Just an empty brand with a name.
