En üst katta namaz kılmak için güzel de bir mescit var. Genelde bazı önemli günlerde tapu ve nüfusta büyük yoğunluk oluyor. İmkanları yüksek bir yer. Dışarıda fotokopiciler, iş takipçileri, cafe ve çay ocakları var. Temiz güzel bir devlet kurumu. Yapandan Allah razı olsun. Kaymakam Beye selamalar efem.
The Atakum District Governorship is the big building behind the Atakum Municipality. There are units such as mufti, land registry, population, national education and private office. There is a beautiful masjid for praying on the top floor. In general, there is a high concentration of land and population in some important days. A place with high facilities. All the procedures you can find in the governorship are done very quickly and comfortably. The design and width of the building is adequate. There is a locking area for those who use bicycles at the entrance. There's parking for cars.
