There was an oil stain on one of my carpets, I told how many carpet makers they said they couldn't do it, and I found this place when I searched the internet. It has special chemicals, my carpet looked like a flower, thank you very much. The staff is also very friendly, they just need to work a little more on timing.

Even 1 star is more, I sent the carpets of my whole house, if I had not sent it, they brought it back without washing it, even tiny stains were still there, I definitely do not recommend it, I feel sorry for the money I gave, we want honest tradesmen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sırf pazar günü açık oldukları için verdik ve 5 parça halıya 155 tl fiyat verdiler ancak geldiklerinde halının birinin makine halısı olmadığını yün halı olduğunu söylediler fiyatı da 240 ama 200 verseniz yeter dediler bende cevap olarak hadi biz cahiliz bilmiyoruz yün halısı oluduğunu siz alırken niye fark etmediniz dedim 1 tl fazla vermiyoruz dedim çocuk da bastı gitti saygısızca. Ayrıca halının biri kurumadı diye 2 gün beklettiler ama halı geldiğinde hâlâ ıslaktı. Lekesi de çıkmamış!
We gave it because they were open on Sunday and they gave a price of 155 TL for 5 pieces of carpet, but when they came, they said that one of the carpets was not a machine-made carpet, it was a wool carpet, the price was 240, but if you gave 200, they said, "Come on, we are ignorant, we don't know, why didn't you notice when you bought it?" I said we don't give more than 1 TL and the boy stepped on it disrespectfully. In addition, they waited for 2 days because one of the carpets did not dry, but when the carpet arrived, it was still wet. No stains either!
