★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski adıyla Yeniköy şimdiki adıyla Ataköy. İzmir'e 30 dk uzaklıkta . Genelde seracılık yapılıyor, İzmir'in salatalık ihtiyacı bu seralardan karşılanıyor. Her ne kadar yeşili çok olsa da , daha önce ormanı çoktu. Son zamanlarda mantar gibi türeyen hobi bahçeleri adı altında yapılan neredeyse mahalleler, hem tarımı hem de doğal güzelliği mahvetti.Denize ve İzmir'e yakınlığıyla daha da mahvedilecek gibi duruyor.
Formerly Yeniköy, now Ataköy. 30 minutes away from Izmir. Generally, greenhouse cultivation is carried out, and the cucumber need of İzmir is met from these greenhouses. Although it has a lot of green, it used to have a lot of forest before. Nearly neighborhoods built under the name of hobby gardens, which have sprouted like mushrooms recently, have ruined both agriculture and natural beauty. It seems to be destroyed even more with its proximity to the sea and Izmir.
