★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice neighbourhood of villas (detached houses). It is an enclosed residential area and is considered to be prestigious accomodation. All of the houses are built in the same style. They have 4 floors (incl. the attic) & a little front and backyard & a garage. The architecture is nice and the area is peaceful. There is a security guard at the entrance and if you go visit someone, you have to say who in order to be let in. It is located very close to TED Ankara Koleji, which is probably the best school in TR, so it's convenient of your child goes here. The surrounding area is still growing and new amenities are being built.
