Şaşkınlık içindeyim.
Bu durumdan hiç memnun değilim.

Ayrıca,
Satıcı firma yetkilisinin müşteri memnuniyetsizliğine verdiği cevaplar hiç hoş olmamış.
Maalesef tavsiye edemiyorum.

The smallest figs I've ever bought have arrived.
I contacted the seller via WhatsApp.
He said this year has been a dry one. That's why the calibration has dropped.
I am in amazement.
I am not at all happy with this situation.
Classic tradesman and seller problems of my country.
Also,
Responses of the seller company representative to customer dissatisfaction were not pleasant at all.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orta boy incir sipariş etmeme rağmen küçük boy incir gönderildi. Bu durumu satıcıya ilettiğimde ise iade alınabileceği ifade edildi. Bende açılmış ve el değmiş bir ürünü hijyen açısından iade etmek istemediğimi, kendilerinin de iade almaması gerektiği ifade ettim. Satıcının tüketici tarafından açılmış incirlerin iadesini normal görmesi, hijyen açısından ciddi soru işaretleri doğurdu. Özetle; dürüst olmayan ve hijyen kurallarına uymayan bu satıcıyı tavsiye etmiyorum.
İlave not: İki yıl üst üste satıcıdan orta boy incir aldım. Bu yıl gelen orta boy inciri, geçen yıl gelenle karşılaştırdığımda yaklaşık yarısı kadardı. Ayrıca, sitede yer alan orta boy incirde, gelen incirin en az 2 katıdır. Satıcı hatası nedeniyle özür dileyeceğine, yapılan olumsuz tüketici yorumu üzerine, siber suçlara vermekle tehdit etmiştir. Yazıklar olsun böyle satıcılara!
Small figs were sent even though I ordered medium figs. When I conveyed this situation to the seller, it was stated that a refund could be obtained. I also stated that I do not want to return an opened and untouched product in terms of hygiene, and that they should not take a return. The fact that the seller sees the return of the figs opened by the consumer as normal raised serious questions in terms of hygiene. In summary; I do not recommend this seller who is dishonest and does not comply with hygiene rules.
Additional note: I bought medium figs from the seller two years in a row. The medium size fig that arrived this year was about half that compared to last year's. In addition, the medium size fig on the site is at least 2 times the amount of the incoming fig. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, the seller threatened to commit cybercrime upon the negative consumer comment. Shame on such sellers!

While our previous medium size dried mountain figs were about to run out, this time I ordered Bebe size dried mountain figs. I recommend the economical Bebe mountain fig, which is small in size and very good in taste.
