★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otopark sorunu çok büyük yer bulmak tamamen şansla alakalı. Sitede cok saygısız insanlar var. Gece 12den sonra bile balkonlarda sabaha kadar gürültü yapiyorlar.
 The parking problem is so big, finding a place is all about luck. There are so many disrespectful people on the site. Even after 12 at night, they make noise on the balconies until the morning.

Biz yan binalarda oturuyoruz ne gürültüleri bitiyor ne yeri ne zamanı hiç fark etmeden gece gündüz bizi rahatsız ediyorlar .bir aile var tam saygısız site yönetiminin haberi yok mu acaba . Şimdi de bir aile taşındı giriş kata köpekleri var kendileri içerde yatıyor o hayvani balkona bırakıyorlar hayvan sabah akşam havliyor . Çevreye saygılı bir site değil. Ben yan binalarda oturan birisi olarak söylüyorum kesinlikle oturulmaz orda
Residents of the site are insensitive to the environment. We live in the neighboring buildings, they don't make any noise, they disturb us day and night without noticing the place or the time. Now a family has moved to the entrance floor, they have dogs, they lie inside, they leave that animal on the balcony, the animal barks morning and evening. It is not an environmentally friendly site. I'm telling you as someone who lives in the neighboring buildings, it's definitely not allowed to live there.

A peaceful family estate in a central location. The only problem is the lack of parking and the car owners who park their cars in vain because they can't find a place.

An excellent site. It would be more perfect if it wasn't for the parking problem and the nasty attitude of the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İstanbul Anadolu yakasının göbeğinde, muhtemelen en çok ağaç ve yeşilliğin bulunduğu site. Otopark sorunu dışında harika bir site muhtemelen binalar eski olduğu için 10 yıl içerisinde yıkılır otopark ve yeni binalar yapılır.
In the heart of the Anatolian side of Istanbul, probably the site with the most trees and greenery. Apart from the parking problem, it is a great site, probably because the buildings are old, it will be demolished within 10 years, parking lot and new buildings will be built.
