 I bought the bus ticket from the internet, there is no one in the sales office, they left it empty, the bus arrived half an hour late, we can't get any information, the customer does not answer the phones in the communication center, it was my first and last choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adana'dan Edremit'e çocuklarımla bir yolculuktu çok rahat ettik boş koltuklarda oturmamiza izin de verildi. Temiz ve rahat bir araç çalışanları da gayet kibar. Diğer turizm firmaları gibi zırt pırt durmadılar. Teşekkürler Astor
It was a journey from Adana to Edremit with my children, we were very comfortable and we were allowed to sit in the empty seats. It is a clean and comfortable vehicle and the employees are also very polite. They did not stand out like other tourism companies. Thank you Astor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk kez astor seyahatla yolculuk yaptım. Kısmen Memnun kaldım iyi bir firmaydı.
Ama daha iyi olabilirdi. Adana otogarında 18:30 da hareket etmesi gerekirken 19:00 da hareket etti. Telefonlara cevap verilmiyor. Wifi yoktu Tv çekmiyor zaten klasik, ikram çay kahve soğuk içecek vardı, girdiği tesisleri iyiydi, girdiği otogarlarda fazla oyalanmadı. Adana istanbul arası 14 saatte geldik normalde 12-13 saat sürüyor. Otobüsü yeniydi genel olarak iyiydi
I traveled with astor travel for the first time. I was partially satisfied, it was a good company.
But it could have been better. It should have left at 18:30 at Adana bus station, but left at 19:00. Phones are not answered. There was no wifi. There was no TV, it was already classic, there was coffee, tea and cold drinks. We came from Adana to Istanbul in 14 hours, normally it takes 12-13 hours. Bus was new, overall good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27.03.2022 de İstanbul dudullu terminalinden 19:00 da ADANA ya bilet alıp yola çıktık.. Adanaya girişte inmek istediğimizi, evimizin oraya yakın olduğunu, otogar 15 km içerde, boşuna zaman kaybı diyerek adananın girişinde inmek istediğimizi SÖYLEDİK-YASAK diyerek kabul etmediler... Şoför Sabah adanaya girmeden MOLA tesisinde 23 dk bekledi, sebebini sorduk servis gelmedi dedi-anlam veremedik.. Tekrar yola çıktık, adana içinde PO petrole girip "adana otogar ında inecek olanlar inebilir" diyerek biz dahil 3 kişiyi indirdi.. Tartıştık.. Muavin zaten dehşetti,, yolcunun biri moladayken "orta kapıyı açarmısınız" dedi "öne gel" diye cvp verdi..
On 27.03.2022, we bought a ticket to ADANA at 19:00 from the Istanbul dudullu terminal and set off. Before entering Adana, the driver waited 23 minutes at the MOLA facility in the morning, we asked why, he said the service did not come - we couldn't understand it.. We set off again, in Adana, PO entered the petrol station and unloaded 3 people including us, saying "the ones who will get off at the adana bus station".. We had a discussion.. Assistant It was already a horror, one of the passengers said "Can you open the middle door" while he was on a break, "Come forward" he replied..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şu an otobüsünde yolculuk yapıyorum, maalesef ne şoför ne muavin maske takıyor, maske uyarısı istediğimde öok ters kaba bir tepkiyle karşılaştım, biz takmıyıruz istediğiniz yere şikayet edin diye. Kronik hasta annem olduğunu söylememe rağmen kaba tavırları devam etti. Telefon hattına şikayetim bile dikkate alınmadı ve yine kaba bir tavırla karşılaştım. Hem çalışanları hem tarzlarıyla berbat bir firma asla önermiyorum
I'm traveling on the bus right now, unfortunately neither the driver nor the assistant wears a mask. When I asked for a mask warning, I was met with a very harsh and rude reaction, so that we don't wear it, so you can complain wherever you want. Even though I told him that I had a chronically ill mother, his rude behavior continued. Even my complaint to the phone line was not taken into account and I was met with a rude attitude again. I would never recommend a company that sucks with both its employees and its style.
