Hello, We are from Moldova, and today we came home from this hotel. Actually, from our country there were just us and one more couple. A good hotel where you can spend your holiday in a great way. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is your destination. However, due to pandemic situation, there are not so many animations in this year (but I'm pretty sure about the fact that soon there). About hotel: Rooms are clean and comfortable; food is tasty and various. Personal is nice, friendly and caring with everyone: Mizhir, Arda, Mehmet (this are just few names I could remember). In a nutshell, we like everything there. Personally, I highly recommend it and I think that I'll come back there if I could. :) ! If you choose Asteria Bodrum Resort, you'll be happy with your choice.

Given all the positive reviews, and the fact that this hotel is 5-star "Chic" Hotel, we had very high expectations for this place. Unfortunately for us, it turned out to be the opposite of what we expected. The hotel is rather old, it looks fine on pictures, but when you arrive you feel like you got into the past era. Old-fashioned, with actual metal keys to the rooms, and a layer of historical dirt that only the renovation can solve. But the biggest problem was the timing of our stay and size of this hotel. It was a peak-time and it was SUPER-CROWDED. Having meals was a mental and also a physical challenge, especially in the corona times, when you're not allowed to put food on your plate yourself, but have to wait for the assistant to do it (which barely speak English btw). You have to fight for your food, you have to fight for a place to sit. The dining hall look like a train station, it's huge and VERY busy. Not exactly the peaceful place to enjoy your dinner. Speaking about the rooms, intially we got the room which felt like a cave – dark, old and dirty, located at the very far end of the area, which is huge. But after we asked, we got another one, which seemed much better, closer and even had a balcony (hurray!). I can describe a long list of issues that we discovered, but the main points are: too many people for the available facilities, inattentive personnel (I assume they get just a minimum wage and obviously not interested in a long-term success of this enterprise), and a general "oldness" of this place. If this hotel was marked as 3 or 4-star, and we arrived at mid-season, then it would be a fair stay. But for a five-star "Chic" Hotel – it is a disappointment. In spite of all the above, there were many positive things, such as a nice beach, spa, kids-club, and the night view was awesome. Also I want to express a sincere gratitude to Bade, who was super attentive, reasonable and helpful in saving us from our misery. However even all her intelligence alone cannot compensate for the problems of this place.

Very large scale hotel. Old buildings though reasonably maintained. Rooms are ok. Our first impression is that it was overcrowded by so many people. We opted for a private cabana to claim our space.

Horrible experience. Left the hotel 2 hours after checking in. Not even close to the photos on website and booking portals. The smell in the rooms is horrible. We booked a double room and got two single beds. The room was supposed to have a garden view, didn't have any view at all. Restaurants smell like fish the whole day. Booked another hotel for half the price after leaving which was a much better experience. 5-star is a joke for this hotel.

Huge hotel, fully-booked during high season. Thanks to the Guest Relationship manager, our stay was way better than could’ve been. The rooms are partially renovated, but some of them beg for repairs. Personnel doesn’t speak English with some exceptions. The food is well, but the lines for the buffet and service during the meals are unbearable. The beach is clean and sandy. There’re no tools for the pool area, so people eat and drink in the common areas, and the water doesn’t look so clean. Gym is ok, sauna is nice. I would probably go again, but definitely for the half-price and off-season

Great experience. We had good rest here. Beautiful territory, nice beach, polite stuff. Nice pools and a great kids club my son just adored. Aqua slides were fun either! Please improve your juice though. And We were supposed to see more sea food at the main restaurant. The rest was perfect! Thank you!
