I can highly recommend this. True, there are no price tags - but we have not been scammed at all. Two cans of coke zero and a bottle of water for 20TL. Fair price tag, and friendly staff in the market.

BEWARE! THIS SUPERMARKET SCAMS TOURISTS! I was there today, got one pack of cigarettes, a water (1l) and an iced coffee (250ml). We were told it was 7€ and when asked for Turkish Lira, 42 TL. After we payed I noticed that the price seemed quite high for turkey. We went back to check and saw that no price tags on any of the stuff being sold. We asked the cashier to give us a breakdown of the costs. She replied that 20TL (~3,10€) was for the cigarettes - totally okay - and the water was 10TL (1,55€) + the coffee was 12TL (1,86€). The two latter ones are way overpriced for turkey. This kind of cheap water you get in Germany for 40 cents and the iced coffee for 60 cents. So they charged more than triple what you pay IN GERMANY. In turkey most things are about half of the price in Germany. So, overall they overcharged about 5-8 times the price for the goods! Outrageous! Lesson learned: only buy where the price is noted next to the product and buy in TL where ever possible.
