★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otelin şimdiki adı KATTRE TERMAL DELUXE. 2015 Yarıyıl tatilinde 3 gün konakladık. Öncelikle otelin ciddi bir bakıma ve temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Daha otelin girişinde çökmüş ve astar kumaşıyla kapatılmış bir tavan manzarası sizi karşılıyor. Aynı manzara (ama bu sefer kapatılmamış olarak) havuzlarda da sizi bekliyor. Camlar yosun bağlamış, bataryalar ve klozetler kireç içerisinde. Aquaparkta ciddi bir emniyet zaafiyeti mevcut. Masrafların en aza indirilmeye çalışıldığı heryerde kendini hissettiriyor. Mesela otelin ortasında bulunan devasa avize hiç çalışmadı. Akşam yemekleri iyi seviyede ama aynı seviye kahvaltıda malesef yok. Otelin tek iyi yanı personelin tutum ve davranışları.İltişam ne demek bilmiyorum ama İHTİŞAMdan eser yok.
The current name of the hotel is KATTRE TERMAL DELUXE. We stayed for 3 days in 2015 semester. First of all, the hotel needs serious care and cleaning. You will be greeted by a ceiling view, which is collapsed at the entrance of the hotel and covered by a lining cloth. The same landscape (but not closed this time) is waiting for you in the pools. The windows are mossed, batteries and closets are in lime. There is a serious safety vulnerability in the aquapark. Everywhere the costs are tried to be minimized are felt. For example, the huge chandelier in the middle of the hotel did not work at all. Evening meals are good but there is no gripe for breakfast at the same level. The only good thing about the hotel is the attitudes and behaviors of the staff.
