Dükkanda 1 saat çalıştı çalışmadı bozuldu. Motorunda sıkıntısı varmış meğerse.. Böyle karatersiz firmalara kesinlikle itibar etmeyin.. Birde üstüne arayıp bilader durumu bildirdiğinde yok biz kurumsal firmayız yok ikinci el ürün ayaklarına yatmışlar.. Dünyanın parası veriliyor size az buz paralar değil... Utanmadan birde konuşuyorlar.. Aman aman böyle ne yadüğü belirsiz kişilerden kesinlikle alışveriş yapmayın. Sizi de bizim gibi kandırmalarına izin vermeyin, aldanmayın önünüzde 5 dk çalıştırıp göz boyamaya çalıştıklarına... Gittiğimizde konuştuğumuz beyefendi gayet düzgündü, meğerse sahibi o değilmiş. Aldığımız buzluk 70cm iken bize 78cm getirdiler, 1 saat sonra fark ettik. Mutfağımızı zaten 70cm zorlayacaktı, 78’i sığdırmamız imkansızdı. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi dolabı incelediğimizde bize BUZLUK YERİNE BUZDOLABI VERDİKLERİNİ GÖRDÜK. Değiştirmek için firmanın sahibini aradık, bizi 3 gün oyalayıp sonra telefonlarımızı meşgule vermeye başladı. “Ölçtün baktın aldın beni ilgilendirmez” dedi, halbuki biz bu adamı görmedik bile. Aramamızdaki amaç iade bile değildi, ellerinde daha küçük bir buzluk varsa değişelim istedik ama bizi oyaladılar. En son ulaştığımızda da iade talep ettiğimizi, yoksa mahkemeye gideceğimizi söyledik ve “allah belanı versin s.ktir git” diye bir tepki aldık. Neyse ki fatura kestirmiştik ve elimizde 70cm’lik buzluk aldığımıza dair belgemiz var. Mahkeme için işlemleri başlattık. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, buradan alışveriş yapmayın.
