Diğer personel eğitimsiz, belli ki yukardan inme istihdam edilmis,ama ilgililer.
There is a security guard named Bekir. They have given him the task of arranging the queue. You think he leads the armies. Just one more thing is enough to do the work of gardaş.
Other staff are uneducated, obviously hired from above, but they are involved.
