Aska Just In Beach

Our time here was absolutely amazing as a family! As soon as our ride had pulled up, security had initially helped us take our luggage to the reception desk where we were greeted and checked in by the lovely Sinan and Ramzey. The hotel looked very clean from the outside and the inside was exactly the same. Not all the staff members have great English however on day shifts there was a lovely lady Tamara at the main desk who was readily available to speak English! Great personality and really did make our time here run smoothly! The hotel food was on another level, it really did cater for everyone depending on what you like! The meat was always cooked to perfection and the waiters were always readily available for drinks! The beach is litterally right next to the hotel, so it was always lovely to be able to have breakfast and evening meals while hearing the sea next to you. As well as being able to go for lovely walks when the weather was good! The bedrooms were again sufficient enough, I'd say just the TV channels were not in English, however I think after watching all those programs I have learnt many other languages ? There is always evening entertainment on at the hotel as well! I can definitely say I will be returning here! Thank you again to all the members of staff that made our time here very comfortable!!

The best thing about this hotel is the beach which is very nice and clean however the other facilities are poor and some of the staff are really rude. One of the pool boys (called this by reception team) was openly rude to my wife as he took away one of our umbrella’s, we needed two as one was for our one year old daughter as we informed the pool boy in the morning which he agreed to. The manager did nothing other than try to make out it was a misunderstanding and that tapping the side of his head, raising his voice and saying “what do you want” before walking off is standard in Turkey. After complaining about the staff member he made a point of showing his anger as he strolled around the beach. At no point during our two week stay did any of the pool boys help us to get beds/umbrella’s which sometimes involved taking them from one end of the beach to the other whilst trying to carry our daughters buggy. We went in May and had to get up early to put towels on beds as this was standard practice here, the alternative was to turn up at 10:00 and have no space to sit. This is because the hotel did not put out all of the sun beds despite the fact it was well over 25oc. Eventually the managed to start putting these up but this poor organisation adds too much stress for holiday makers who are on an all inclusive trip. The food is good but the gym is a joke as is the ice cold indoor pool with no seats or beds around it. Most of the staff make you feel like you are just in the way and are in some way Inconveniencing them by being there. The hotel is mainly used by people from Germany and Russia so the hotel do not cater for English people at all meaning they do not speak English and all the entertainment is in German. No customer service, can’t recommend this to anyone.

The beach and hotel services appear to be very well according to what i paid inside. Great value! Friendly staff, delicious open buffet meals. You can leave your kid to mini club to enjoy yourself. Rooms are large enough to have your time with pleasure. Perfectly clean.

This hotel is ideal for beach lovers as it is next to a lovely sandy beach food is very tasty the hotel is predominantly German with most staff talking German and very little English facilities are 4 and half star very clean and covid rules strictly enforced

Aska on the beach is just a great Hotel found the staff to be amazing the cleaning fab mainly Germans and Russians yes I'm going to use it again but everybody is made me feel really welcome The lovely food the freash and is wonderful and extremely great value for money If you get the chance you should come yes lam the only English man here but stiil fab you should come??? hman

This is what I want to say about this hotel. I didn't enjoy being a guest there at all. They give attention only to the regular Guests. Employees laugh and are only friendly to the guests who always come if you are there for the first time then you are not worth anything. Only employee who was normal against us was Sinan. He was friendly and very very helpful. Thanks Sinan! I don't feel comfortable with this hotel. The reception was arrogant and totally not friendly except for one person that small guy in the evening. But that tall man who really needs to learn how to deal with people Friendly. I'm very sad that I spent my money on this and that I had such a bad time. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially the young people.!
