★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar tertemizdi. Genis odalar. Sicakti. Personel guleryuzlu yardimsever. Asansor var. Kahvalti da guzel ancak cok kalabalikti kahvalti. Masa ve eleman yetersiz.
 Rooms were immaculate. Large rooms. It was hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an elevator. Breakfast was also good, but it was very crowded. Tables and staff are not enough.

Service is zero. The rooms are very dirty, there are hairs on the bed and on the floor. Breakfast service is almost non-existent...

The cleanliness of the rooms, the maintenance and the staff were really great. It is a wonderful hotel that you can find in Şanlıurfa, at the same time you can stay in the city center and close to everywhere with peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best experience staying here. Incredibly friendly Staff, comfortable beds. The breakfast had a lot of selection. As Canadian Travelers we enjoyed Ufra and the hotel experience.
