I want to buy a baymak air conditioner and through their website I reqest a technician who can tell me where to put the air conditioner in my living room. They sent me the contact for Aser Teknik and told me that Aser Teknik is one of thier agents and they will come next day to my home. I wait for them next day and they didn't come. And when I called them they told me that they will come next day not today and ask me to stay home and wait for them in the next day. The next day they did the same they didn't comeand didn't call to apologize for not coming. This is disappointing and disrespecting. Baymak should not relies on this because they will loss their customers. I think I will buy from arçelik or beko and leave baymak forever because of this bad experience ?
