★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a confirmed reservation on Asem which wasn't applied by the staff so we received a dirty room (as seen in the photos) in another Asem building close-by. The room was really horror: dirty sheets, no elementary things needed in the bathroom, half! of the toilet lid, fallen water tap, NO cleaning service in 3 days (this is the 3rd day), hole in the door, rust, spots etc. No wireless internet also. According to the room and general conditions I think this building doesn't even have working authorization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I have ever stayed... We booked a room 1 month in advance through an agency. We had the confirmation and the voucher with unique serial number. When we arrived at the hotel, after 1450 km driving, there was no booking for us. We called home, it was Sunday, happily, the lady from the agency answered, and after several calls and talkings, they found the booking on the PC. We receveid a room in another Asem building, close by, the worst room I have ever seen, dirty, no cleaning service, no necessary things in the bathroom. A real nightmare. We had halfboard... Big mistake... The food was very very bad... No napkins, no cutlery, NO WATER. And not enough food everytime. Think twice before you ever book a room here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel looks much nicer in photos than in real life. We did not have warm water for 3 days during our stay. The food is not good, and the food range is very poor. Cleaning was very sloppy and not regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was only vegetables, 0 meet, only once stuffed peppers and half was to salute and half to spiced. 3 days without hot water. You can drink water only kf u buy from them on lunch otherwise u can't bring yours. Cleaning service was bad, every time flor was dirty. No wifi in room. It's say 1 km from centre its at least 3 4. If u go to this hotel u definitely will feel sorry for your money.
