We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and were very upset, first of all, the rooms were dirty and not cleaned at all, and secondly, two people from the entire staff (the man at the reception was Azer in my opinion and the waiter of the Mussiaf) were adequate and resolved the issues that arose, "bartender" the woman is the most unpleasant person in this hotel, she did everything with a favor and with such a sour face that we didn’t even want to go there, and this despite the fact that we very rarely visited the hotel, if you didn’t come, then there were no glasses, then there was no other but everything was not just saw a man did not do it very much spoiled the mood about the food, it’s delicious, mainly vegetables and soy meat, but we expected this because it would not be fair to demand more for this price, as a result, this hotel is suitable for just eating and sleeping, and most of the time just going for a rest walking on tours and swimming in the warm red sea, which we did, and by the way, it’s not very far to the sea, but it’s better to add a couple of thousand and choose something better, have a good rest)

Accommodation horror, sleeping - mattresses laid out Air conditioning - we just hit a room without working air conditioning total clutter in the hallways bathroom - sink glued as if it were glued by a child, the shower flowed with only 4 nozzles - so it did not flow, flushing the toilet was a miracle, again limited amount of flushing, when you wanted to enter the toilet, you had to enter the shower to close the door, toilet door they were about 0.5 meters from the head of the bed, a window in the bathroom - a hole in the wall, glued again with silicone mesh, which was still cut for sure, the mirrors to touch, held on to a good word, Room equipment - television - we are probably not experts in their electronics - failed to start balcony situated towards the next house - so the view from the wall and the fact that the climate did not work, we had to have open to the balcony, so we listened to the air conditioning units on the next house all night, which worked well, my head is still buzzing Diet Terror breakfast - dried vegetables in limited quantities, pastries in limited quantities - we have no drinks left lunch - leftover vegetables from the breakfast prepared in heat form and soup, no meat, pasta the Turks ate us already Coffee - the appliance did not work Drinking - Water from the barrel by the pool - you're thirsty to jump to the pool for water alcohol - for money pool bar - the mix vending machine had spoiled fillings, the staff behind the bar was not forever and when we wanted them from a second vending machine like Fanta, Pepsi had a problem with that - again a limited amount, which was not enough to quench your thirst Hotel services what services ??? there is a swimming pool near the hotel where the Turks bathed in clothes, I'm not talking about Muslim bathrobes, we didn't see anyone cleaning or tidying up, but maybe it will be because we quickly got out of there Beach accommodation across the roads about 400 m from the public beach, which is rocky with sand together, but there are only stones in the sea, it is difficult to get there and back We solve in court.

Miser pays twice. Not worth this hotel even a single star. Our predecessors fry kebabs here in the rooms. And I understand them. Food is out. Bar missing. Even towels are missing. But there is a plus - hens are running along the street. So whoever comes with his hands from the right place won't be lost :)

Without stars, if there is such a thing !!! We arrived with my mother for 10 nights, the seventh day. I will try to be as delicate as possible. Perhaps the owner and the staff did not even read the benefits of the hotel business, but simply looked at the neighbors, although they were very polite. The rooms are dirty, linen and bedspreads with old yellow stains, as if they hadn’t been washed, or they could not be washed. The carpet in the room feels like a pre-rug, as if walking barefoot on the street. Cooking is not bad, at home. Meat (any) not every day, mostly soy, feels like a sponge. It is difficult to have time for a meal: from 7-9 breakfast, 12-14 lunch, 19-21 dinner. You will come at 19 for example - the queue and there are no places, but at 20 there is nothing. With all inclusive alcohol drinks locally produced only wine and then until 22:00 often ends. Even the water does not pour because the bar until 22:00 and the point! Swimming pool from 9 to 19 for some reason, I would like a night swimmer at least a couple of times. The area itself is dirty, going outside you walk past containers with trash, the smell is offensive! There will be changes for the better, I will add.

The most terrible place in which I visited. The hotel is worthy to be burned along with its staff! The hotel is dirty, the staff does not tidy up the rooms, you have to beg for toilet paper! Unsanitary conditions! The staff does not really do anything, does not follow the rules of hygiene! In a terrible shower to go, because everything is dirty! On the first day of arrival there were towels on the beds, on which there was also dirt! In general, such a nasty hotel, which spoiled the impression of visiting Turkey. He does not deserve a single star !!! And the most important thing that struck, is the tour operator "Kilit Global", who advised this place. The representative of this tour operator even agreed with us that the hotel needed to be burned and saw what the conditions were in it. "I was going to help us." But, in the end, he showed his face, he did not solve a single problem. It was important for him to sell as many vouchers for excursions as possible, but to occupy more people in this garbage can! P.S. Sir, Andrey Titar and the superior management of this hotel and, in general, companies that bring poor tourists here! You are not ashamed to deal with such a garbage! Or are you so greedy and the name does not matter to you? Not even one official complaint was answered! Shame on you !!! A shame! Google, thank you so much for letting me write a soul cry !!!
