 This is one of my favorite parts of the east. Not only for this business, all tradesmen and employees are friendly. If you are really a customer here, you are a benefactor. The food is very good, the meat is very tasty. The price is normal.

Ferah ve rahat bir ortamı var. Çalışanlar nazik ve hızlı servis veriyorlar. Kavurma, et güveç ve perde pilavını denedik. Lezzetliydi. Az pilavın bizi alıştığımız porsiyonlara göre tam pilav olduğunu belirtmeliyim. Gezi süresince en hesaplı öğlen yemeğimizi burada yedik. Gruptaki diğer arkadaşlar Batman Tabağını da denediler. Batman ve Aşbaz'a özel yemeklerden oluşan karma bir tabaktan oluşuyor. Memnun kaldılar.
On the last day of our five-day South Anatolian tour under the guidance of Jolly Tour organization and Serhat Bey, we took a break for lunch at Asbaz Restaurant in Batman. It has a spacious and comfortable environment. Employees provide courteous and fast service. We tried the roast, meat stew and curtain rice. It was delicious. I should mention that the little rice is full rice according to the portions we are used to. We had the most affordable lunch here during the trip. Other friends in the group also tried the Batman Plate. It consists of a mixed plate of special dishes for Batman and Asbaz. They were satisfied.
