★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşletme sahibinin ilgisi mevcut binanın kötü durumunu maalesef örtemiyor. Bina çok eski odalar çok dar ve havasız. Oda dışında bulunan wc ve banyo durumu dahada kötü yapmış. Fiyat ise biraz abartılı geldi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tüm katları saran, bodrum kattan gelen çamaşır makinesi sesi var ve 7-24 kesilmiyor, öğrencileri çok rahatsız ediyor. 2 yıl zaten kullanılmamış bir bina. Birçok eksikleri ve sorunları mevcut. Öğrencilerle ilgili gibi olsalar da, sorunların çözümüne dair pek kayda değer, pratik bir icraat yok.
There is the sound of the washing machine coming from the basement, which surrounds all floors, and it does not stop 24/7, making the students very uncomfortable. A building that hasn't been used for 2 years already. It has many shortcomings and problems. Although they seem to be related to students, there is not much significant, practical action on solving problems.

Düşmanınız varsa buraya göndererek yurt hakkında bilgi alabilirsiniz. Yurdu kesinlikle önermiyorum, üzerine aylık 100-200 lira verdiğinizde insan gibi bi yurtta kalırsınız. Eşime dostuma Kütahya'daki her gördüğüm konuştuğum kişiye buraya uğramaması hakkında bilgi veriyorum.
Even though the managers seem very interested, all they do is acrobatics. We can't show you by telling the story here, you have to come and stay. If you have an enemy, you can get information about the dorm by sending it here. I definitely do not recommend the dormitory, when you pay 100-200 liras per month, you will stay in a dormitory like a human. I inform my husband and friend that every person I see and talk to in Kütahya should not stop by here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yurtta oluşan sorunlar uzun süre çözümlenemiyor. Odalar arasında yalıtım olmadığından odalar arasında gezen ses çok fazla. Yurtta güvenlikten sorumlu kişi yok.
Problems in the dormitory cannot be resolved for a long time. Since there is no insulation between the rooms, the sound traveling between the rooms is too much. There is no person responsible for security in the dormitory.
