A clean and beautiful apartment close to the sea. All rooms have sea view. Business owners are also very involved. It is very noisy because it is on the side of the road. When the apartment is busy, the internet slows down a lot.

We stayed between September 1-3, the aparthotel is on the main road and transportation is quite easy, there is a parking space for 8-10 cars in front of it, there are also parking spaces behind the apartment. There is air conditioning, TV, etc. in the apartments. We did not experience any congestion in the elevator. There were too many missing materials. Before the customer enters the flat, it must be checked and the missing materials must be completed. The building is new, the sheets and covers are very clean. It is there to say that the pool exists as in all apartments, small children and non-swimmers cannot enter the pool because its height is 165 cm. As a result of a little discharge of water, its height has been reduced to 155 cm, but it is still considered very high, during my stay I would say that I have never used the pool. It has a distance of 50 m to Sultankoy and 200 m to the public beach of Yemiskumu. We went to Sultankoyu beach once, but we were not satisfied at all. The beach is very dirty and very dense due to human origin. Yemiskumu beach is better and its water is warmer. There are only 2 buildings between the shock market and the market. Near the Yemiskumu beach, there is a101 and bim available. For hot water in the apartments There is a water heater that suddenly heats water in the bathroom and you can only take a shower. The connection hoses of the water heater are so lousy every time you come out of the shower head and you lose time to put it back on. It would be appropriate to place a large enough plastic bowl for cleaning the sea clothes in the apartments. At the beginning, since the apartment is located on the main road, it naturally gets road noise, these are the ones that come to my mind for now, would I choose the facility again, yes I would.
