Bazı evlerine su baskınlarıda olabiliryormuş... Genellikle yaşlı insanlar oturuyorken satılan evler gençler tarafından tercih edilmeye başlamış... Çarşı merkezine yakın olması ve fiyatlarının uygun olması itibariyle tercih edilebilir..
 One of the oldest sites sitting in Yenimahalle .. Houses adjacent zizamda triplex planned .. Every house has a small garden .. Not too large ... Some of the houses could be flooded ... Generally, elderly people sitting in the houses began to be preferred by young people ... It can be preferred because it is close to the center of the market and the prices are appropriate.

İnsanlar yola sağa sola park ediyor.
Binaların arası çok dar.
Otopark ayrı bir sorun.
There are duplex houses on the part of the site facing the road and 5-storey (without elevator) 7-storey (elevator) buildings on the back.
A site that is at least 25-30 years old.
There are lots of infrastructure problems on the site.
Every two days there is a problem somewhere.
It has no parking.
People park left and right on the road.
It is very narrow between the buildings.
Parking is a separate problem.

I am sure it is one of the most infamous sites of Batıkent, it is a bit difficult to walk on the roads inside the site.
