★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gordion avm'ye ve Çayyolu metro durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Oldukça yeşil güzel bir bahçesi var. Apartmanlara girişte engelli rampasının olması büyük bir artı. Fakat asansörler biraz bakımsız
Gordion AVM and Çayyolu metro stop are within walking distance. Pretty green garden. Access to the apartment with a disabled ramp is a big plus. But the elevators are a bit neglected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nezih bina sakinleri, bakımlı peyzajı ile güzel bir site....Lokasyonu -alışveriş merkezlerine, ana yollara ve metroya yakınlığı ise Siteyi oldukça değerli kılıyor...Yapılmakta olan NOKTA Bloklarına yakınlığı ise gelecek dönemde kıymetini daha da arttıracak...Sadece yaklaşık 15 yıllık site olduğu için yeni yapılan sitelerin abartılı mimarisi yok.
