A firm subcontracting Borusan Lojistik has not received my order for 11 days and it does not appear to be registered anywhere. Media Markt, Borusan Lojistik and this company are not doing their job properly, I am complaining about all three.

I had a problem with Horoz Cargo Kayseri branch, which is your sub-unit, the cargo is still in the warehouse, although I talked to customer service 10 times, there was no improvement. I am not at all satisfied with the service quality.
