However, they are not so professional, they have received extra payment for İpek Halım, who is not there. They take separate money for the bag, but they wrap it in a garbage bag !!! It is not possible to encounter professional trades in Van, though.

They brought the wool carpets we provided without drying them at home until they dried out, causing a bad smell. I do not halal my right. I never recommend this company either. Shame on you.

Halıların zamanında gelmedi yikadiklarindan bile şüpheliyim deterjan bile kokmuyor ayrıca overlok için verdiğim halı serince sökülüp elimde kaldı çalışanları minnetsiz ve saygisizlar böyle rezalet görmedim insanın parasiyla rezil olması böyle birşey olsa gerek biz yaptığımız işin arkasındayız diyorlar ama ne tekrar geliyor nede parayı iade ediyorlar
I simply never recommend a lousy business. I suspect that the carpets did not arrive on time, even the detergent did not smell, and the carpet I gave for the overlock was dismantled when it was cool, and the employees were grateful and disrespectful.

I gave the carpets to wash on the day they said they didn't bring the carpets that will come in three days I was able to get them on the 7th day They don't think about the business of their customers using their own busy work as an excuse, they are victimized, customer satisfaction is zero, they don't even answer the phones after three or five calls
