İçerisinde Lokanta Kuaför Bufeler Hediyelik Eşya dükkanları mevcuttur. İstanbul Bursa Ankara İzmir ve Antalya Ardahan Erzurum Kars Malatya Elazığ Trabzon gibi yerlere ulaşım imkanları mevcuttur. Öğrenci miktarı oldukça vardır bu nedenle bu yerlere hizmetin olması oldukça güzel. Yeni yapılan bir yer. Eski terminale göre oldukça büyük.

Çoruh nehri kenarında yer almakta ve şehir merkezine çıkabilmek için başka bir vasıta (taksi,dolmuş) kullanmak gerekir. Buradan düzenli dolmuş seferleri bulunmaktadır. Her an bir taksi bulmak biraz sıkıntılı.
Şehirlerarası otobüslerin yanı sıra ilçelere kalkan minibüsler de burada hizmet vermektedir.
Emanet bagaj hizmeti eksik. Ayrıca tuvaletleri de hijyen koşullarına uygun değil.
