Aradığımda " garanti süremiz sadece 1 ay size söylemiştik, şansınıza" dediler . 2ayda bozulması normal mi dediğimde de "boş konusuyorsun" diye hakaret ettiler. Ben hem bir kadininim hem de öğretmen gerçekten çok kötü bir davrnis, sahipleri kimse burayı çok boşlamış belli ki. Sokağa atilacak paranız varsa tercih edebilirsiniz. Yazık.
Ayrıca buzdolabının arkasına baktığımızda buzdolabının arkasının daha önce açıldığını ve bildiğiniz bantla yapistirildigini gördük .bize bu halde ürün satılmış .
Two months ago, I bought a refrigerator for 1600tl. At the end of 2 months, it broke down, unusable. When I called, they said "our warranty period is only 1 month, we told you, luckily". When I asked if it was normal to deteriorate in 2 months, they insulted me saying "you are talking nonsense". I am both a woman and a teacher, a really bad behavior, obviously nobody left this place. You can choose if you have money to throw away. What a pity.
Also, when we looked at the back of the refrigerator, we saw that the back of the refrigerator was opened before and it was attached with the tape you know. The product was sold to us in this condition.
