Tam bir fiyasko! Otelin dis görüntüsüne ve burda okuduğunuz iyi yorumlara kesinlikle aldanmayın. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren karşılaştığımız muamele tam bir rezaletdi. Bu otele 5 yıldız neye göre verilmiş gerçekten çok merak ediyoruz. Otelin görüntüsü dışında pozitif olan hiç bir şey yok. Öncelikle sipariş vermek için sizi görmezden gelen garsonların peşinden koşmanız gerekiyor. Sonrasında verdiğiniz siparişi 2-3 kez hatırlatmanız gerekiyor. Ve buna rağmen bir saatten fazla hiç bir açıklama yapılmadan siparişinizi beklelemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı kesinlikle lezzet ve kalite olarak 5 yıldızlı bir otel standardı ile uzaktan yakından alakası yoktu. Detaylı örnek vermek gerekirse: Otelin içinde personel tarafından size asla selam verilmiyor, sizinle adeta göz göze gelmekten kaçıyorlar ve sanki onları varlığınız ile rahatsız ediyormuşsunuz hissine kapılıyorsunuz. Çalışan servis personeli en basit siparişleri bile asık suratla ve isteksiz bir şekilde yarım yamalak alıyor. Güya sorumlu yöneticiye şikayet ettiğimizde karşımızda alaycı bi tavırla bize kahve ikram etti, akabinde verdiğimiz kahve siparişi bile hatalı geldi, şaka gibi değilmi? Yapılan su servisi bile yüzümüze asla bakılmadan “su istemişsiniz” denilip siseyi masaya fırlartırcasına bırakıldı. İki arkadaş cumadan pazara kadar otelde kafa dinlemek için ayarladıgımız tatilin en trajikomik tarafı ise otelde cumartesi günü yapılan dügün organizasyonuydu. Bu sanki çok önemsiz bir detaydaymış gibi check in esnasında söylendi. Bir gece öncesı dügün alanının kurulma seslerinden uyuyamadık ve dügün günü bütün beachi kapatmışlardı. Kısaca kendimizi istenmeyen misafir gibi hissettik. Buradaki bütün kötü yorumlara katılıyoruz.

They re very friendly and clean, i really like quality. The only thing did not like is breakfast except that everything was perfect !

Staff is good food was good beach is bad hotel is clean and safe location I had one the rooms with beach view with balcony but 0 privacy you could literally walked to the next room. Morning breakfast was great staff is nice.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends in September 2019. The hotel is quite new and the facilities are in good condition. However, most of the beach in front of the hotel is occupied by some old properties that are old and in bad condition. For that reason, the hotel's beach is quite small. Also, the level of service is just not up to par although the staff is well-intentioned. The breakfast, for instance, is just very bad. This is an OK hotel, but for a 5-star hotel at that price point, I would expect much better.

The hotel is right next to a live turkish music venue called Mucver who are consistently well above the legal sound volume limits. You won't get any sleep in this hotel during the summer months.. Avoid !

Service is very bad in general. They forgotten many times our order's and when they remembered it took always long. One morning they brought us bread from the day before which was hard like a stone haha ? Design of the place, reception and the vale parking are the only good thing in this hotel. For that price category they should give 5star service or take of all star's OFF and make it a boutique hotel (38rooms they have) without 5star announcement. We read the bad comments before checking in but thought we give it a chance, they just need to bring more people with the will to work or pay the workers more then the minimum wages so they are also animated to give 100%
