Very nice site 17-storey 53 + 53 apartments security 24 hour pool very nice winter heated 2 children's park each apartment has a private parking gym basketball court load including 3 elevators with a decent and respected mass sitting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malzeme kalitesi ve işçilik bakımından güzel. Özellikle salonun üç duvarının cam olması bol ışık sağlıyor. (Benim sevdigim özelliklerden) ama cam silme olayı sıkıntılı. Site yönetimi çok yetersiz, Otobüs durağının sitenin karşısında olması süper. Bölgenin yeni gelişiyor olmasından dolayı henüz mahrumiyet olması sıkıntı yaratıyor. Arabasız ekmek alabileceğiniz bir market falan yok. Ekmek, gazete, süt dağıtım hizmetinin yapılmadığı ender sitelerden... ama eksiklikler giderilemeyecek şeyler değil. Çok iyi bir yatırım yeri.
Good in material quality and workmanship. Especially, the three walls of the hall are glass, providing plenty of light. (One of the features I like) but the windshield wiping is troublesome. Site management is very inadequate. It is superb that the bus stop is opposite the site. The fact that the region is still being deprived is a problem because it is newly developing. There is no market where you can buy bread without a car. It is from rare sites where bread, newspapers and milk distribution services are not provided ... It is a very good investment location.
