Hatta arte blue’nun 3 binasından birinin temeli atılıp bırakılmış. Yatırım olsun, değerlenir, geleceğe yönelik olsun diye düşünüp sakın bulaşmayın. Binalar çürümüş vaziyette.
I think the commenters are confusing it with another place or using fake accounts. The buildings remain as they have been since 2017. Not even nails were hammered. In fact, the foundations of one of the 3 buildings of Arte Blue have been laid and left. Do not get involved in thinking that it is investment, valued, future-oriented. The buildings are in decayed condition.

Can Ata Bilge sitesinin yakınında, İncek İcon ve Arte 168 sitelerinin karşısında çok güzel 3 bloklu bir site yükseliyor. Yüzme havuzu, spor kompleksi, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 (170 M2 ve 210 M2) tercihleri ile güzel bir site. Projeyi inceleyince çok beğendim.
As soon as we saw it, my wife and I both liked it very much. We went right away and agreed. We bought an apartment. A beautiful 3-block site rises near the Can Ata Bilge site, opposite the İncek İcon and Arte 168 sites. It is a beautiful site with swimming pool, sports complex, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 (170 M2 and 210 M2) options. I really liked the project when I examined it.
