Frankly, we did not think that there might be a trick in the comments, but I was relieved when I first entered. It deserves 5 stars in its launch as a hostel. The staff is caring and respectful. Rooms are clean. All electronics work. The pool is clean. The location is beautiful. Bathroom and toilet are clean. There is air conditioning in the rooms and it is sufficient. It has 2 car parks. The hostel price is a bit high, but this is the average prices in this region. Prices in the cafe are affordable. You can have your breakfast there. I can heartily recommend it.

Deniz Family Pension is an apart hotel where you can go and stay with your family with peace of mind, with its location, its location to the sea and the bazaar, its caring and friendly staff, its clean rooms and its pool. What I mean is that DENİZ PENSION, which we call good every day, from price performance to cleanliness, pricing of the cafe inside, from the buffet to the market, without any difference ❤️ The pool is clean, the rules are very clear, I did not get a single hair for 5 days. The rooms are clean, the air conditioners are freezing, the kitchen utensils are complete. Endless thanks to Hasan and his team for making me feel at home with my 8 month old baby ?

Rooms and facility were immaculate. The rooms had everything you would need. Air conditioners, refrigerators, stoves in the room were all new and clean. The staff was engaging and friendly. We didn't have any problems. Rooms with balconies are more advantageous. The pool opens at 10:00 and closes at 18:00. Closing at 19:00 would perhaps be more appropriate, in my opinion, early... Walking distance to the sea is close and practical. The parking lot is available, the area is very safe, rest assured. There are many affordable and clean places to eat in the center of Arsuz. They also bring it to the hostel.

There are 2 air conditioners, it works well, it cools well, there are some kitchen utensils available, you can cook your own meals, if there is anything missing in the room, they will give it to you if you want. 2 people are constantly cleaning the rooms, corridors, stairs are immaculate. It has a nice little garden and a clean pool. Pool of sufficient size for the hostel. 5 minutes walking to the sea. The beach is sandy and the sea is shallow. There are 2 car parks belonging to the hostel, you do not have any problems for each car park, there is always an empty place. I think you won't regret it.

We had arranged our place long before, especially when making the reservation, I had asked if I had children, so there was a washing machine. She stated that she was the lady I spoke to on the phone, but unfortunately she was not there. The furnishings in the room are new, the air conditioner cools very well, but there were no pillows, sheets, piqués for my twins. I sent the one night's fee upfront, after all, I don't think we should have messed with it in the middle of the night. When we first arrived at the hostel, even though they knew and saw that we were coming, they did not help us at all in parking our car, we did not see valet service. The parking lot was full. At the place we entered, they made us sign a document in the form of paying for the damage if you damage the room card, as if you were making a lease contract without taking care of us. What is the damage to the room card, it seemed very strange to us. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, apartments, hostels, I've never seen anything like this, I don't think it's nice. The pool was very clean, not crowded. We had such an incident on the first day we used the pool. I think his name was Mehmet, who was on duty there, and he rudely scolded the children there, including my child, for being quiet. I think communication is very important, and the owner of the place said, come out of the window and be quiet, nonchalantly. People come there to have fun, this is the family boarding house, obviously we have children, I can understand the silence in the room but not the poolside. On the contrary, the music turns on. For the second time, I could not stand the children and stated that this is a place of entertainment, and that he cannot scold our children with a harsh tone. I think work ethic is very important, from that day on, when I said good evening, the gentleman who was the boss didn't even answer. I witnessed some people arguing at the reception, the bed is missing in the room, etc. The sea is beautiful, calm, I recommend it. By the way, the room they say has a sea view only faces that direction, because there are trees on the opposite side, so it doesn't see the sea.

The rooms were clean but no cleaning was done during the 4 days we stayed. Kitchen equipment is sufficient, both rooms have air conditioning and it works well. Nice to have kids and adult pools. As families with children stay, the pool is very crowded and the adult pool is insufficient. The cafeteria is very, very bad. You can ask for something from outside, so I would say never use the cafeteria of the hostel. The garden is nice for drinking tea and coffee in the evening. Since we didn't have a request from the staff, we did not enter into any dialogue, I do not know if they are helpful, but in general, they are not friendly. If you don't greet them, their eyes are usually on the computer or phone.
