★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gayet güzel bir ortam. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve saygılı. Her fırsatta gider bir kahve içerim. Türk kahvesi bana göre biraz şekersiz geliyor şekerli istememe rağmen ama dibek kahvesi gayet lezzetli.
It is a very nice environment. Staff is very caring and respectful. I go and drink a coffee at every opportunity. Turkish coffee is a little sugar free for me, although I don't want it with sugar, but mortar coffee is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha da geliştirilebilir normal çay kahve içmek için ideal bir yer ama iyi değil. Kahveleri telveden ibaret malesef. Restore edilirse iyi bir yer olabilir. Çalışanları çok iyi güler yüzlü
It can be further improved. It's an ideal place to drink regular tea and coffee, but it's not good. Unfortunately, their coffee consists of grounds. Could be a good place if restored. Staff are very good smiling

Kışın kurulan soba başında kendi götürdüğümüz kestaneleri bile pişirip yiyebildigimiz samimi bir ortamı var. Ailecek coluk cocuk keyifle vakit gecirebilirsiniz. Dağkapı da her yeri gezdikten sonra dinlenmek için arsevi tercih edebilirsiniz. Servis çok iyi çalışanlar seviyeli ve saygılı.
It is an exquisite place with a view of the Tigris river. They should develop their own unique flavors, I think arsev deserves it. It has a friendly atmosphere where we can even cook and eat the chestnuts we bring ourselves by the stove that is set up in winter. You can spend time with your family and children. After visiting every place in Dağkapı, you can choose Arsevi to relax. The service is very good, the employees are level and respectful.

It has a beautiful view and the air is very nice. People are cordial attendants, concerned and sincere. But the prices seemed too high to me.
