From the outside, it looks like a teacher house, but it is extremely successful. Quiet, clean, large rooms. It is a little old but it is okay. To say a bad side, the lighting in the room is poor.

4 families stayed at Arsan Hotel. We were very satisfied. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very attentive, the prices are very reasonable, the breakfasts were also very good.

ON 12.05-14.05.2021, I MADE THE HOTEL RESERVATION OVER THE INTERNET FOR TWO DAYS, THE RESERVATION WAS CONFIRMED AND I PAID THE FEE. I TRAVELED ALL DAY TO RAMADAN DAY AND I REACHED TO ENTER THE HOTEL 1 HOUR TO IFTAR IN THE EVENING. BUT, THE HOTEL IS CLOSED, THERE ONLY IS A SECURITY OFFICER. WHAT IS RELATED AND INTERESTED, THE INTERNET COMPANY I HAVE RESERVED I HAVE TO IT CAN'T BE THAT UNCOMFORTABLE !!!

We had booked two rooms, we saw that all our belongings were collected and stored in the warehouse in the morning while we were not in our room. When we asked why, they said we thought you would leave the room. It doesn't seem mind-blowing. Worse still; On the same day, when my wife and I were in our room, our door opened in the morning and the staff tried to enter. The gentleman who brought a soft drink. Friend, I did not say that I will check out of the hotel, I stay normal, it is bad to try to enter the room. That's not all. I spoke to their manager and he apologised. He couldn't believe what had happened either, but he simply said sorry. Go stay in hostels at the beginning of the street, you will be safer. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life. How do you get in when the married couple is in their room, what a perversion. I will not let go of this experience!

I stayed for 2 nights due to heavy rain on my motorcycle trip. The caring and smiling of the staff, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms are very good. I was very happy when they told me that I could park my motorcycle in a sheltered area so that it wouldn't get wet in the rain. Thank you for your interest and engagement. If I go to Kahramanmaraş, I will not look for another hotel, I will stay again...
