It looks like a 10-year house but 30 years outside, unfortunately, the material quality is not high. I never liked the room layouts and balconies. I don't like being on the road, metro station, goksu, wonderland, metromall, migros, optimum both close and far, without vehicle. I went hoping to like it but it didn't fit me frankly
