Despite being a bit out of the city, the amenities are more than amenities. Only outdoors is a bit neglected.

No transportation in winter conditions. When there is snow, passenger vehicles cannot reach the site at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depreme dayanıklı havadar Şehir manzaralı bir site..Sitenin kapalı havuzu ve spor salonu var. Böyle bir sitede kapalı otopark olmaması büyük eksiklik...Birde kışın kar yağarsa arabalar çıkamıyor..Ama artık pek kar yağmıyor...
Earthquake-proof and airy site with city view.. The site has an indoor pool and a gym. The lack of indoor parking on such a site is a big shortcoming... If it snows in winter, cars cannot get out. But it doesn't snow much anymore...
